Practice times and groups

KUNST practices take place on Mondays and Thursdays. On both days we train in two groups. These groups are based on the level of gymnastics. The groups rotate times every month, to make sure you have the right time you can always check in the agenda.

Monday & Thursday training 1 (early): 20:30-22:00 (SportQube, Rosa de Limastraat 23)
Monday & Thursday training 2 (late): 21:30-23:00 (SportQube, Rosa de Limastraat 23)

We practice in two groups. Group A is the beginners group and group B is the advanced group. Every month we rotate who practices early and late on Mondays and Thursdays. So if group A has early practice on Monday, they have late practice on Thursday. The next month this will switch. Meaning group A has late practice on Monday and early practice on Thursday.
Sometimes you may wish to join the training of the other group, unfortunately we can not always allow this because of the our safety standards. In the following flowchart you can find the reasons for which we will allow you to change your training:

Next to the regular practices we also have Sunday practice 2 times a month, from 19:30-21:00. In this practice all members train at the same time. To make this training extra fun, non members are also allowed to these trainings. Every Alumni or member of a sister association is welcome, every KUNST member can also bring a +1 to the practice. All these non-members can join for 5 euros. The Sunday practice dates can be found in the agenda.

We also offer TOL lessons. TOL stands for Technical Development Lessons (in Dutch). These lessons focus on mastering basic techniques. One block of TOL lasts about a month and will be taught by Jasper on Monday or Thursday evenings. TOL will not take up the entire training session; there will also be time for other activities. Examples of TOL lessons we have had so far are the somersault and cartwheel. TOL takes place in both group A and group B.

If you are unsure what group would be the best fit for you, you can send us an email (bestuur@turnverenigingkunst.nl) and we will help you out. We would like for you to share what level of gymnastics you have done in the past or what elements you can do. We will make sure to find the best fit for you!
